To secure your booking, a full deposit is required.

Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice: You’ll receive a full refund of your payment.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot: 30% of the total payment may be forfeited to cover preparation costs but 70% of the total payment will be refunded.
Exceptional circumstances: If unforeseen events arise, contact us directly, and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.

With 48 hours notice or more: You can reschedule once at no additional cost.
Within 48 hours of the shoot: A rescheduling fee may apply to cover last-minute changes.
No-shows or same-day cancellations: 30% of the total amount may be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
If something unexpected happens, let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you fairly.
